About Recoil Rider
Recoil Rider makes firing a movement decision as well as a combat action. The character spins in the air, and a shot pushes the body opposite the firing direction. That links target selection with the route through platforms and hazards. Your most useful shot may be the one that leaves a workable next trajectory rather than the one aimed at the nearest enemy.
How to Play Recoil Rider
- Follow the game’s start and firing prompts to enter the first jump.
- Watch the direction of the weapon as the character rotates.
- Fire when the resulting recoil points toward useful open space.
- Read the new trajectory before committing to another shot.
Controls & Timing
Before firing, picture two directions: where the projectile goes and where the character will be pushed. If one is useful but the other meets a hazard, wait for a different alignment where possible. Treat the first few shots as a way to learn that relationship.

High Score Tips
- Follow a full part of the spin before your first deliberate shot so the direction change becomes readable.
- Choose a nearby opening as a movement target instead of trying to solve the entire stage at once.
- Avoid firing again before noticing the trajectory created by the last shot.
- After changing weapons, relearn the recoil response with a simple movement before attempting a narrow passage.
